Mutual Bank names Dottie Azar Lending Manager

WHITMAN, MA, ISSUED AUGUST 25, 2009… Mutual Bank, a community bank with nine branches throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and on Cape Cod announces that Dottie Azar of Quincy has been promoted to Lending Manager of the Bank's Loan Operations Center in Whitman.

In this role Azar oversees a staff of four, and is responsible for daily operations for Consumer

Lending, Residential Lending and Loan Servicing.

Azar has worked in the local banking industry for 25 years in Plymouth and Bridgewater, serving in positions including Loan Servicing Manager and VP Consumer Lending.

A graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers School for Financial Studies at Babson College, Azar has also completed certificate programs administered by the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association and the Massachusetts Bankers Association.

Azar, a former resident of Plymouth for more than 20 years, currently makes her home in Quincy with her husband and enjoys visits from her two grown children. In her spare time she provides volunteer service with the Massachusetts Special Olympics.
