MUTUAL BANK NAMES AZAR ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

Dorothy L. Azar, Lending Manager for Mutual Bank, has been elected Assistant Vice President, Glen S. White, C.E.O., announced today.

"Dottie is an indispensable member of our loan department," said Mr. White.
