Customers may access their account information by logging in with three pieces of authentication information, including a fully encrypted password. Mutual Online requires 128-bit encryption on the user's browser before allowing an individual to access secured screens on our web server.
Controls are updated as required, based on emerging technologies. Beyond internal audits and reviews, an independent audit of controls and testing of operating effectiveness is conducted annually by the accounting firm of Ernst & Young.
