Cardoso serves as Branch Manager of the Mutual Bank Brockton West branch. She joined the bank in 2006 as Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank’s Carver location.

Cardoso has more than 25 years' experience in the banking industry, having held retail and customer service positions with a major regional financial institution before joining Mutual Bank..
