Grundy, who will continue in her role as Director of Marketing, oversees the bank's advertising, public relations, and product innovation program.
Grundy joined Mutual Federal Savings Bank 9 years ago. She previously served as Director of Marketing at Boston Capital, and Advertising/Marketing officer at Bay Banks and South Shore Bank. She began her career in the management training program at First National Bank of Boston.
A graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, the Quincy resident is active in a number of community organizations. She volunteers annually for the WGBH television auction and has for the past two decades. She is a member of the Quincy Environmental Network. Grundy is a former member of the Halifax Conservation Commission, and the Board of Directors of the New England Bank Marketing Association.
