Loycano, who joined Mutual Federal Savings Bank in 2003, oversees all lending functions for the bank’s main headquarters as well as its Halifax, Hanson and Carver banking centers.
Loycano has 20 years' experience in residential and consumer lending in Southeastern Massachusetts. His lending experience includes work with the former Abington Savings Bank, and nine years as Senior Lending Officer prior to joining Mutual Federal Savings Bank.
The Brockton native studied at the University of New Hampshire at Durham and at the Massachusetts Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. He resides in Whitman with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing.
Loycano is a member of the Massachusetts Builders Association and is the past chairman of the Whitman Zoning Board of Appeals.
