Spencer, who has served as Treasurer since joining the bank 3 ½ years ago, oversees the financial functions of the bank, working with external auditors and helping guide the bank’s investments and overall financial direction. Spencer last year completed all requirements for the designation of Certified Public Accountant.
A native of Bradford, Vermont, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ithaca College. Spencer presently resides in Pembroke, MA with his wife Jessica and their three children. Jessica Spencer is the co-publisher of the South Shore Mom & Dad’s Guide, a book of activities published yearly for children under the age of 6.
