WHITMAN AND RAYNHAM, MA, ISSUED February 13, 2008…Francis X. Dillon, Vice President for Advancement at Stonehill College in Easton, has been re-elected to another three-year term on the Board of Directors of Mutual Bank.
In this role, he will help guide the policy and direction for the mutually-owned bank. Dillon has served as a director since 1991, when he joined the board of Security Federal Savings Bank. He was instrumental in overseeing Security's merger with Mutual Bank in 2006.
Dillon, whose career at Stonehill College spans 34 years, received his undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts from Stonehill, and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Suffolk University.
Vice Chairman of the United Way of Greater Plymouth County, Dillon also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton and sits on the Board of Directors at Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton.
He and his wife Linda make their home in Raynham.
