WHITMAN, CARVER, MA, ISSUED SEPTEMBER 26, 2007… Mutual Bank, a community bank with 8 branches throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, has named Melissa Russo of Hanson as Branch Manager of its Carver Banking Center.

Prior to her re-location to the Carver Banking Center, Russo managed the Bank’s Hanson branch.  During her six years as Branch Manager in Hanson, she was named an Assistant Treasurer with the Bank.

Russo joined Mutual Bank in 1994 and has held a number of positions throughout her career there, including teller, head teller and Assistant Manager, all at the Hanson branch.

Russo is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  She is also a notary public.
